Physical card will receive within 10 days. I did receive the physical card after the day I have received the email 'approval notice send'.
About ADIT:
ADIT=Alien Documentation Identification & Telecommunication Systems.
Could mean biometrics not up to date or just stamp in passport.
Either way they will tell you what they want.

Actually, if you apply for an F1 (fulltime student visa), it will be denied. Why? Because F1 is considered a non-immigrant visa, and USCIS knows that because you filed a 485, you DO have the intent to immigrate. I believe you can just go to school and be jobless on EAD without need for F1. The burden is on you to show that your gc employer sponsor will hire you when you get your gc (if it ever comes up - they can take away your gc anytime at the border/POE, and one question may be are you still working for the sponsor).
This is just my understanding - i talked to a lawyer about it some time ago and i certainly could have some details wrong.

Here is what we did..
It was back in 2000. We filed my husbands taxes as single. Then we filed W7 and mailed it. Some 3 months later I received ITIN. With that we filed amended return adding me and that was it. Everything is straightforward since then.

My wife is in h4 now and received the EAD. I also received it, everybody is saying if she uses her EAD her H4 will be invalid. Is that a good or bad thing? What about she lost her job after three months? what will be her status? also is we travel using the AP what will be her status? or it doesn't matter as long you have the EAD and AP......
Yes, she will lose her H4 status if she uses EAD. Her new status will be 485-pending.
At this point, if she quits/loses job, that's fine, as her status is not bound to the EAD/job, but to her 485 pending status. She will be able to travel on AP, or apply for new H4 outside (I'm not sure about the later part, so, I'd suggest using AP).
The only risk is, if her 485 application gets denied, she will be out of status, and will have to leave immediately. However, if you still have your H1 valid, she can apply for an H4 again outside the country.

If you are out of USA for a longer period, your I-485 will be in trouble. If you didn't come before AP expiration, your AOS will be abandoned. You cannot renew AP away from USA.
You can not get a new AP while you are out of US. You have to be in the US at the time or applying and while it gets processed. Recently I have seen two cases where the AP was issues within 30 days of applying.

Good observation, although I totally support this clause to oppose automatic citizenship.
Maybe you are right, but in the meantime there are hundreds of thousands of children which are U.S. Citizen and their parents are struggling to give them a normal life in this country.
They can't just see half of the problem: if they deny automatic citizenship, at the same time they should grant the right to have the same opportunities of all other citizens for those who are citizen with immigrant parents: both parent should be entitled to work and have complete freedom of changing employer, start a business, etc.

Well they teach you how to make the grid in the tutorial, so do that:)
Then the next step would be to use the marquee tool and select the part you want to fade out, then go to Select/Feather (I believe that is it) the select the amount. Then hit delete the selection. This will cause some fading.

I used AC21 to switch the company. First my new company said I have to use my existing old attorney for my I485 case. So, I asked my old attorney to prepare AC21 documents and mailed to USCIS, which is already done.
But now the attorney from new company is saying that they are again doing AC21 documents and will be sending to USCIS. On top, new attorney is asking me to fill G28 form. Is it necessary to file AC21 document twice or make it too confusing? And this G28 is only for me, not for my wife. I am confused with whole thing. How will this work? with my case transferred to new attorney and my wife's case still with old attorney? I also heard from this new attorney that most of the time G28 and AC21 documents will never reach to USCIS file and in that case, USCIS will communicate with old attorney. On one hand, I have to tell my old attorney that I am changing attorney but on other hand I am not even sure whether USCIS will accept or not. My old attorney has been always helpful and he has all my information and original documents.
Is it advisable to switch attorney when you have I-485 pending? and is this filing of AC21 documents twice necessary or will make more confusion in my case? What is advisable in this situation? I got in the habit of reformatting cards after a few episodes of returning a card with pix remaining to a different body and having it reset my numbering system. It's not uncommon to download cards from more than one body at a time. It's easier for me to format than to keep track of which card(s) came from which body.
I use (in order) a blower, an arctic butterfly, a lens pen. I check before going to the next step and try to get the job done with the least intrusion.

Hopefully, there is be some movement.
infopass is almost useless. Open SR, contact senator and email the ombudsman.
Dont worry about dates, your PD will almost certainly remain current going forward. If 6 months pass by, your date remains current, processing times remain as they are and case is not approved, sue them (Writ of Mandamus):

File it 'pro se' (on your own, without a lawyer) if you are worried about the expense...
